We manage personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act where it applies. Healthy Flavoors is responsible for personal information under its control, including information processed for us by service providers.

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

• Account and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, password-related authentication records, profile image, and account preferences.
• Delivery information: street address, unit number, city, province, postal code, and delivery-related details.
• Order and meal-plan information: selected plan size, meal goal, meal choices, quantities, subscription status, order history, delivery dates, and order status.
• Payment information: payment-provider customer identifiers, payment-method tokens, card brand, last four digits, transaction status, totals, and related billing records. Healthy Flavoors does not store complete payment-card numbers on its servers.
• Communications: messages, support requests, order issue descriptions, and any photographs or documents you choose to provide.
• Technical information: information needed to operate and secure the website, such as session and authentication data, device or browser information, IP address, and server logs, where collected.

We may use personal information to:

• create, authenticate, maintain, and secure your account;
• check delivery availability and complete deliveries;
• process orders, payments, refunds, subscriptions, and meal selections;
• show upcoming deliveries, order history, notifications, and account details;
• communicate about orders, payments, account changes, service updates, and support requests;
• prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and payment failures;
• operate, troubleshoot, improve, and understand the performance of our services; and
• meet legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and dispute-resolution obligations.

We seek consent when required and identify the purposes for collecting personal information at or before collection. Consent may be express or implied depending on the sensitivity of the information and the circumstances.

You may withdraw consent to optional uses by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Some information is necessary to provide an account, process payment, or deliver an order; withdrawing consent for those activities may mean we cannot continue providing the related service.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website and business, including:

• delivery, fulfilment, customer-support, and communications providers;

Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment details are submitted to and handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy practices. Healthy Flavoors receives identifiers and limited payment information needed to complete transactions, display saved payment methods, process refunds, and maintain transaction records.

Do not send complete card numbers or security codes to Healthy Flavoors by email or through a support message.

Our service providers may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Information handled outside your province or Canada may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it is held. Information is deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of when it is no longer required, subject to legal requirements and backup cycles.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. These may include access controls, authentication, service-provider controls, encrypted transmission, monitoring, and limiting employee or contractor access to those who need the information.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and should contact us promptly if you believe your account or personal information has been compromised.

You may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask how it has been used or disclosed, and request corrections where it is inaccurate or incomplete, subject to lawful exceptions. You may also ask questions, withdraw eligible consent, or challenge our privacy practices.

Our ordering and subscription services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of opening an account or placing an order. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the matter.

We may update this policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a material new use of personal information.
