Our approach

Accessibility throughout the experience

We consider accessibility while designing, writing, developing, and updating the Healthy Flavoors website.

Keyboard access

We work to keep navigation, controls, forms, and account actions usable without a mouse.

Clear presentation

We aim for readable type, sufficient colour contrast, visible focus states, and layouts that adapt when content is enlarged.

Meaningful content

We use headings, labels, link text, image descriptions, and status messages to support assistive technologies.

Responsive layouts

We design public pages and ordering steps to work across mobile, tablet, and desktop screen sizes.

Accessible customer service

We aim to communicate in a way that takes each person's disability into account and to provide equal opportunity to access our goods and services.

When requested, we will work with the person to provide or arrange an accessible format or communication support that meets their needs, where reasonably possible and as required by applicable law.

If a planned or unexpected disruption affects an accessibility-related service, we will provide notice where appropriate and reasonably possible.

Standards and continued improvement

We work to improve accessibility with reference to applicable requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and its standards. We also use recognized web accessibility practices to guide improvements.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. As the website and services change, we may discover barriers or areas that require further work. We welcome feedback that helps us prioritize practical improvements.

Third-party services or content may have accessibility features and limitations that Healthy Flavoors does not directly control. We will still try to assist when a third-party step creates a barrier.

Feedback and requests

Tell us about a barrier

Accessibility feedback can be positive, describe a barrier, or request an accessible format or communication support.

What to include

  • • The page, feature, document, or service involved
  • • A description of the barrier or format you need
  • • The device, browser, or assistive technology involved, if relevant
  • • How you would like us to contact you about the request

Email info@healthyflavoors.com. We will review the feedback, communicate with you in an accessible manner when requested, and take appropriate action where possible. Personal information submitted with feedback will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

This accessibility statement should be reviewed against Healthy Flavoors' staffing level, facilities, customer-service practices, documented policies, training, feedback process, and applicable Ontario reporting obligations before publication.
